DONATING THROUGH SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND B-BBEE

The Village Safe Haven is a SARS registered Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) that aligns with socio-economic donations (SED) principles in South African business.  Our PBO, NPO relies heavily on donations, as our grant money covers less than 10% of each child’s Housing and Education expenses.  We urgently require the partnership of South African businesses to survive.

You can donate up to 1% of your net profit after tax and receive a Section 18A tax certificate from us.  Should you wish to partner with us. Please follow these steps by making your monetary contribution, which will directly benefit 75% of black persons born or naturalised to South Africa. 

We value responsible giving and suggest that donors should ensure that The Village Safe Haven uses the contribution as intended for sustainable economic access for beneficiaries.

Requesting a Section 18A Receipt

You will need to provide your company/personal details, such as name, address, and tax reference number, proof of payment and ID Number to receive the receipt. 

Proof of spending i.e. cash slip receipt and POP to bank account is required.
